Casillero del Diablo

To celebrate the end of our project we toasted to a glass of Casillero del Diablo's Cabernet Sauvignon -- I believe it was a 2003 reserve. This wine is produced by Concho y Torro. Very yummy. I first had this wine in Dubai (of all places) at Jumeriah Beach hotel' Beachcomber restaurant -- that overlooks the majestic Burj Al Arab. If you check out Casillero del Diablo's website you'll find a game where you have to find the devil hidden away in the caves...before it became the vineyard's cellar. Very creative.
